ELIGIBILITY: Contest is open to individual legal residents of the United States of America, who are at least 21 years of age or older as of DECEMBER 1st, 2010. This Contest is void outside the United States where prohibited by law and is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.

HOW TO ENTER: During the Contest Period, complete the submission form (incomplete submission forms will be disqualified) and submit your 90 second (NOT to exceed 120 Seconds) video. To enter the Contest, visit http://www.soarwithmera.com ("Contest Site") and follow the directions provided to complete and submit the official entry form, and click on "submit". ALL ENTRIES MUST BE RECEIVED BY MIDNIGHT PM PST ON DECEMBER 20th, 2010 TO BE VALID. Entries generated by script, macro or other automated means and Entries by any means which subvert the entry process are void. Limit one (1) Entry per person, per email address and per household. Entries received from any person or email address or household in excess of the stated limitation will be void. All Entries become the sole property of the Sponsor and will not be returned.

JUDGING: Winners will be selected by a panel of SOAR! judges. Sponsor reserves the right not to award the prize if, in its sole discretion, it does not receive a sufficient number of eligible and qualified Entries. Prize awards are subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules.

WINNER NOTIFICATION: Judges' and Sponsor's decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to this Contest. Potential Prize Winners will be notified by email and may be required to complete an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability and Publicity Release (unless prohibited by law) and any other documents required by Sponsor, which must be returned within 5 days of date appearing on prize notification. Return of prize or prize notification as undeliverable, failure to sign and return requested documentation within the specified time period, the inability of Sponsor to contact a potential Prize Winner within 2 email attempts within a 24 / 48 hour time period or noncompliance with these Official Rules by a potential Prize Winner will result in disqualification, the prize will be forfeited, and, at Sponsor's sole discretion, the prize may be awarded to a alternate winner.

OWNERSHIP/USE OF ENTRIES: By submitting an Entry, entrant represents that (a) (s)he has the unrestricted right to submit the Entry.

MISCELLANEOUS: Released Parties are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, damaged, inaccurate, stolen, delayed, misdirected, undelivered, or garbled Entries; or for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website, or other connections, availability or accessibility or miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, telephone or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or other errors or difficulties of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, computer, network, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Contest, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the Contest, the processing or judging of Entries, the announcement of the prize, or in any Contest-related materials.
